Successful partnerships: Chinese teachers join us for January courses

We are happy to announce an important moment for Acu-Med Acupuncture School! Through the strong partnerships we have with the prestigious Chinese Medical Universities in China, the courses scheduled on January 18 and 19 will benefit from an exceptional presence: Mrs. Prof. Dr. Li Jiazhen.

During the three years of study, our students will have the privilege of learning from renowned professors from all our partner universities. Their presence on our courses will add significant value, enriching the theoretical and practical knowledge that students will accumulate, thus contributing to their training as highly qualified acupuncture specialists.

As a Partner Professor, Prof. Dr. Li Jiazhen will contribute to the running of the Acupuncture Course, bringing a unique and valuable perspective based on her vast academic and practical experience.

Who is Prof. Dr. Li Jiazhen?

Prof. Dr. Li Jiazhen Li is a highly qualified and experienced practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine with the unique advantage of having studied and worked in both China and the United States, which has enriched his understanding and practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Dr. Li received her bachelor’s degree from Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Tianjin, China and her doctoral degree from Bastyr University in the United States. She is currently employed at Henan University of Chinese Medicine.

Dr. Li has a wealth of clinical experience, gained both in China and in universities and medical clinics in the United States. She specializes in:

• Acupuncture
• Chinese herbal medicine
• Cupping
• Gua Sha Therapy

Treats a wide range of conditions, including:

• Pain
• Skin conditions
• Gynecologic disorders
• Insomnia
• Emotional disorders

In his acupuncture practice, he takes a comprehensive approach, selecting the most appropriate techniques from various schools, such as:

• Korean hand acupuncture
• Traditional acupuncture
• Acupuncture Yi theory
• Umbilical acupuncture
• Tung’s Acupuncture
